Great Wolf Lodge get away

On February 23rd and 24th we went to the Great Wolf Lodge waterpark with the Conner and Bautz families. We had an awesome time! Hayleigh's favorite ride was the tube ride that you go down on a mat , Ajay had an awesome time using the water gun on the jet ski, Gregg hurt his knee on the first slide down (I guess seeing the 1'-3" deep sign didn't give him the idea tokeep your legs up), and mine I will have to admit was the mat slide also! I think Hay and I went down it a good dozen times! Gregg and I also rode the tornado and boy O boy that scares me!

Our family addition

This is our newest addition to our family. We adopted an 8 month old female cat on February 17. We named her Mocha. She sure is a spitfire! Ajay went with me to pick her out and I asked him which kitty do you like? He looked at me and said "I want a dog". With that said she is a great kitty and we all love her.

Date Night

Hayleigh and Daddy had a date night tonight (2-3-2012). Hayleigh's Daisy troop had their Father/Daughter dance tonight. It was actually re-scheduled from a few weeks ago when we got the 6 inches of snow. They went out to dinner at Red Robin first and then over to Taylor Prairie School for the dance. There was plenty of dancing done by the both of them. Tried getting Daddy to take some pictures at the dance but the batteries in the camera were dead....go figure!
